"Having pick up some tea, he drank it,
then he sprouted wings,
and flew to a fairy mansion,
to escape the emptiness of the world."
Dude, this semester is coming to a close quickly! And I am so ready for it to be done. I've constantly been doing homework, research, work at my job, and working on myself. Helen Keller once said, "Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved." And that's my motto right now. Finish strong. Accept the work and trials that life is handing me.
But as I'm planning to close out the semester, I fully plan on making time for some real good break-time. I'll be heading back to Chicago and having Heritage again. And hanging with the family. And then I'll be going back to Minneapolis for some good Orgasmic Chai from Uncommon Grounds. It is phenomenal. Once I have that cup of chai, nothing can chai and get me down.
Uncommon Grounds is a coffee shop that everyone should check out if they are ever in Minneapolis. It's different than what you would expect. A casual walk down Hennepin Ave. and you just might miss it. This coffee shop is unique - the exterior looks like a house, you'd assume a family lives inside. Just wait. Once you walk inside you are welcomed by an amazing retro themed coffee shop. Don't limit yourself to the first floor either - the upstairs is for customers as well, giving people plenty of space to spread out and claim their territory.
